The Crossroads of the World Collection is going to be the first DLC for Civilization 7, bringing four additional civs, two leaders, and some other content to the strategy game — and we now know when that’s going to happen, thanks to a premature reveal of the release dates on the Nintendo Switch eShop. Part 1 of the DLC will be out March 4, 2025, and Part 2 will follow on March 25, 2025. This tracks with the official release windows of “early March” and “late March”.
The two-part DLC is set to come to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch at the same time.

The initial release on March 4 will feature Carthage and Great Britain as playable civilizations with Ada Lovelace as a fresh leader. The second installment on March 25 will have Nepal and Bulgaria as civilizations in store, while Simón Bolívar joins the roster of available leaders.
Carthage is set for the Antiquity Age, while Great Britain should be a Modern Age entry. Things are a bit more ambiguous for Bulgaria and Nepal, but the Balkan nation should be a candidate for the Exploration Age thanks its Medieval empire, while Nepal should be an interesting pick in the Modern Age, in which the nation saw a brief period of expansionism that saw it fight against the likes of the British Empire.
The DLC will also bring brand-new wonders, natural wonders, leader-specific mementos, and cosmetics into the game.
Crossroads of the World is already included with the Deluxe and Founders Editions of Civ 7, so owners of these won’t have to put additional money on the counter to receive this content. The DLC is available as a separate purchase for everyone else, too, of course.
