Pokémon Day is just around the corner and that means a new Pokémon Presents event is getting closer by the minute. These streams are where The Pokémon Company International reveals new projects across all branches of the franchise, but we’re most interested in the video games.
The field is wide open for a lot of cool stuff to be announced this year, as well as new information on some games we already know about. To help get you hyped up we’ve put together our speculation and predictions on what might be revealed at the upcoming Pokémon Presents stream.

If this one doesn’t happen, there might be riots in the Pokémon community. Pokémon Legends: Z-A was revealed exactly a year ago at the last Pokémon Day stream with a 30-second trailer that didn’t give us much information outside of a 2025 release date. Unfortunately, there has been complete radio silence on the game since then, so hopefully this year TPCi will have more to tell us about the game since it’s coming out at some point this year.

One thing last year’s trailer did confirm about Z-A is that it will feature the return of Mega Evolutions, as it’s set in the Kalos region. With this, fans are hopeful that new Megas will be revealed, and showing off one or two of them in a new trailer would be an easy way to please fans after they’ve waited so long for information.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon

Pokémon has a lot of spin-off series, but Mystery Dungeon is the one that fans most want to hear from right now. After the remake of the original games sold well in 2020, people have been crying out for a new game in the series – or at least a new set of remakes, this time based on the Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky games. Whichever way it goes, a new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon title would be a big win if it featured in the Pokémon Day stream.
Next TCG Pocket Set

TCG Pocket has been a big success since its launch late last year, with the excitement around the game not slowing down as the Space-Time Smackdown set launched. With things like the Darkness Mass Outbreak TCGP event keeping people playing, now would be a great time to reveal the next set for the game.
New Pokémon Unite roster reveal

Pokémon Unite is still going strong too. Suicune is set to be added to the game’s roster on March 1 – just two days after the stream – so it would make sense for the team to reveal what the next Pokémon is that will be joining the fray. Of course, everyone has different requests, but popular speculation at the moment suggests that Metagross, Electavire, or Samurott would make fans rejoice.
