The Pokémon GO Tour: Unova event is set to kick off for fans around the world soon, but things are already getting busy with Road to Unova starting on February 24, 2025, at 10am local time.
This preparatory event ahead of GO Tour: Unova provides players with the opportunity to stock up on consumables and other useful items they might need during the main event. Aside from a variety of paid and free Research Tasks, Niantic has brought something new to the table as far as Pokémon GO is concerned — a battle pass.

Called the Tour Pass, the time-limited battle pass comes with a free and a paid reward track. Players can advance along these tracks by clearing daily tasks and earning Tour Points with every 50 Tour Points resulting in one rank-up.

All Pokémon GO Road to Unova Tour Pass Rewards
Everyone automatically receives their Tour Pass upon logging into the game between February 24, 2025, at 10am local time and March 2, 2025, at 6pm local time. Rewards are available until March 2, so functionally the Tour Pass is similar to the Timed Research Tasks you already know.
Aside from the free rewards track, players can access a premium rewards track by purchasing the Tour Pass Deluxe for $14.99 USD (or their regional equivalent) from the web store. Buying the Deluxe access grants you the rewards from both tracks.
