Announced in 2023, Fairgame$ was described as a “competitive heist game where you join an underground movement to rob the ultra-rich and rebalance the scales,” tasking you to outsmart guards, security systems, and players from other teams. The game is being developed by Haven Studios, a Canadian team led by Jade Raymond, best known for her work on Assassin’s Creed, and acquired by Sony in 2022.
While neither Sony nor Haven ever shared a release date for Fairgame$, it seems the studios initially aimed to ship the title in 2025, as according to Jeff Grubb, the game has been pushed back for an undisclosed reason and, as such, will not be released this year. “No Fairgame$ this year. Fairgame$, as far as I’m aware, has been pushed to 2026,” Grubb stated during his Game Mess Decides podcast.
