Guide: All Dawnshore treasure map solutions in Avowed

Treasure is always much more satisfying to find when it’s been unnecessarily hidden and Avowed understands that. As you head out on your adventures you’ll find various treasure maps out in the world. Some will be found next to the corpse of a lost soul, while others are bought from merchants, but all of them have some cool loot in store if you’re able to find the spot they’re pointing to.

We’ll go through every treasure map you can find in Dawnshore in Avowed and explain how to find their hidden goodies.

Intimidating Feline Codpiece

First up is a map left by someone who describes an expensive and gaudy-looking codpiece that their husband bought for their armor, and has left for someone else to find.

To find it you need to head to the northeast of Paradis to the edge of the large cliff at the eastern edge of Dawnshore. Go to the spot north of Yellowband Camp and south of Watcher’s Mirror and you’ll find a path along the cliff’s edge that leads to a small broken-down shack that’s boarded up. Break down the barrier and you’ll find the treasure.

Captain Henqua’s Spoils

You can find this treasure map on a corpse that is halfway up the lighthouse in the southwest corner of Dawnshore. It depicts the exact view you get if you look out from that spot on the lighthouse, indicating you should follow the river to the ruined bridge.

You can find the treasure by going to the riverbank directly west of Paradis Hightown, where the wall has a collapsed section over the river, where Ivona’s Threshold meets Overground Frontier. The map suggests that the treasure is on the shore, but that’s not quite the case. Instead, dive into the river and you’ll see a small opening you can swim through to find the treasure in a cave.

Woedica’s Inheritance

This last treasure map tells the tale of someone who retired from the Steel Garote and hid some of their gear in Paradis’ walls. As the map suggests, head up the eastern wall of Paradis until you meet the gatehouse for Paradis Hightown, in the small nook in the corner of the wall there is a secret button hidden on the wall. Press it and a secret compartment will open up, revealing the treasure.
