2 charged after alleged abuse of 3 kids under 6 years old in Middletown: police

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two Middletown residents are facing charges following a child abuse investigation.

Anthony Robert Brown, 38, and Chyna Desiree Gambrell-Scharf, 26, were each charged with one felony count of endangering the welfare of children, according to the Lower Swatara Township Police Department.

Police said the investigation involved multiple incidents of alleged child abuse involving three kids all under 6 years old.
