MANITOWOC – Kids younger than 12 can get free admission to the Manitowoc County Historical Society on Thursdays in July.
The offer is valid with one paid adult admission and is good for up to three free child admissions.
Each week will feature a new theme in the historic village with hands-on activities taking place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Those themes are as follow:
- July 3: Celebrating America’s Independence;
- July 10: Crafts and Trades — Visit blacksmiths and a cheesemaker;
- July 17: Dress the part;
- July 24: Travel; and
- July 31: Pioneer fun — Play historic games throughout the village.
