BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont foods are taking center stage in the big apple.
The Summer Fancy Food trade show is in Manhattan, and the Vermont Agency of Agriculture and the Vermont Specialty Food Association are showcasing eleven Vermont businesses. They include Sherpa Foods, Fisher Brothers Farm (Sisters of Anarchy), Woodlawn Creamery, Vermont Farmstead Cheese, Olivia’s Croutons, Butterfly Bakery – Fat Toad Caramel, Green Mountain Blue Cheese, Sugar Bob’s Finest Kind, Island Homemade Ice Cream, Vermont Nut Free Chocolate, and Maplebrook Farm – Ploughgate Creamery.
The trade show runs until Tuesday.
