Scott Wolf scored two victories in his divorce battle with his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf.
The “Party of Five” alum, 57, was awarded a temporary restraining order against his ex as well as temporary sole physical and legal custody of their three children after a Utah judge signed off on his petition Wednesday.
The court order obtained by Us Weekly stated that Kelley, 48, “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”
The order also outlined that Kelley “shall not have any parent-time or contact” with Scott or their kids for the time being.
The court said it granted the restraining order due to Kelley’s alleged behavior while noting she allegedly tried to remove their minor kids from the country.
That, “combined with the behavior sufficient for Kelley to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment,” was allegedly enough for the judge to sign off on Scott’s request.
Besides custody and the restraining order, the actor was also awarded sole and exclusive use and possession of their home in Park City, Utah.

The temporary order is in effect until July 9; however, a court date has been set for July 1, which will determine whether Kelley can have supervised time with her children.
The Post reached out to Scott’s rep for comment.
On Tuesday, the “Nancy Drew” actor rushed to court to seek temporary protection from his estranged wife.
He also reportedly filed a declaration as part of his temporary restraining order request, as did his brother, Michael Wolf. However, details are not available as both of their declarations are sealed.
This comes just weeks after Scott filed for divorce from Kelley on June 9.
Following his decision to end their 21-year marriage, Kelley was detained by police and hospitalized. She detailed the June 13 run-in with cops by sharing the exchange on Instagram Live.
In the video, two officers were seen with Kelley, and, at one point, they told the former MTV star that she was not going to jail and they were going to get her “some help.”
Police later confirmed her hospitalization, stating, “Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies. For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”
While in what appeared to be a private room at the hospital, Kelley addressed the incident.
“This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check in on my kids,” she wrote, insisting she was “Happier than I have ever been.”
“I have NO idea why or how this is happening in AMERICA,” the mom of three continued. “I am compliant, calm and respectful, and hopefully this is all sorted very quickly. In the meantime, be kind to each other. This is one of the darkest things I’ve ever experienced.”
However, the police report from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office and the 911 call appeared to tell a different story.
The disturbing 911 call, which was placed around 2:50 a.m. on June 13 and hours before Kelley was detained, came from a sobbing unidentified woman who alleged she didn’t feel safe with her brother-in-law in the home.
The caller told the operator she was going through “a very bitter divorce battle” and claimed her brother-in-law had “convinced my son, my 16-year-old son, that I am a cheater, an adulterer.” The person who placed the 911 call also claimed she was “being psychologically abused” and believed “the children are suffering from child alienation.”
When police arrived at Scott and Kelley’s Utah residence on June 13 over the alleged “verbal dispute,” an unidentified male detailed an alleged “past-occurred assault” that he claimed happened on March 6.
The man accused someone of “putting her hands around his neck” in the alleged incident months before but noted they “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.”
Following Kelley’s hospitalization, an officer noted that they called the man to see if they wanted to press charges, but they declined.
The “Party of Five” star — who played Bailey Salinger in the ’90s hit series — released a statement after he filed to end their marriage.
“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” he told The Post. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
Since her hospitalization, Kelley has been posting on social media nonstop, including showing herself at a bar with a margarita.
Kelley met Scott in 2002 after her stints on MTV’s “The Real World: New Orleans” and “The Real World/Road Rules Challenge.” They tied the knot in 2004.
