To celebrate Father’s Day, Meghan Markle took to her Instagram to share a reel featuring never-before-seen photos and videos of Prince Harry with their children, 6-year-old Prince Archie and 4-year-old Princess Lilibet.
Writing, “The best. Happy Father’s Day to our favorite guy,” the Duchess of Sussex shared a series of clips of Harry and their two kids with a filter on top, to the tune of “Have It All” by Jason Mraz.
Harry and Meghan celebrated Father’s Day in California as Harry navigates his own turbulent relationship with his father, King Charles. “I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore—life is precious,” Harry told the BBC last month. He added, “I don’t now how much longer my father has. He won’t speak to me because of this security stuff. But it would be nice to reconcile.”
Across the pond, the Windsors also celebrated Father’s Day on social media. The official royal family accounted posted a photo of a young King Charles on a swing being pushed by his father, Prince Philip, and a picture of Queen Camilla on her wedding day with her father, Bruce Shand.
The Waleses, meanwhile, shared two snaps of Prince William with his three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The caption was credited to the royal children, writing, “Happy Father’s Day, Papa (before and after!) We love you!” The photographs were taken by Josh Skinner in Norfolk earlier this year.
In what was perceived as a subtle dig at his brother Prince Harry, Prince William told soldiers at an engagement earlier this month, “Families okay? See you enough? Some of them might not want to see you that much. It’s a mixed bag sometimes.”
