Food trucks are the best. I have had some of the best food I’ve ever tasted from food trucks. I don’t know how they do it, but when they know, they know. I love how there are so many different varieties of food trucks too. You can honestly get any kind of food you want. One of my favorite things about them is how unique some of the menu items are.
I just found out about a new Oxford restaurant that was added last month and it’s actually a unique situation. Mini Munch Sliders took their “4 wheels to 4 walls” and opened up a restaurant storefront in Oxford this May. They were a food truck dedicated to making gourmet sliders, fry baskets, small plates and milkshakes, and they decided to take that and make it into a restaurant.

The location resides at the Quarry Walk in Oxford located at 200 Main Street. Their menu has the perfect bites if you’re up for sliders and fries. You’re able to mix and match sliders so that you can taste all different ones. They range from regular, to buffalo chicken, philly cheesesteak, hot dog, chicken and waffle, chicken parm, and so many more.
They also have things on their menu that aren’t just sliders. You can get the same things that they had in the food truck – fry baskets, milkshakes, desserts, etc. You can check it all out here.
I love the idea that they turned their food truck idea into an actual restaurant location. I love the idea and I’m so surprised I hadn’t heard of them. I can’t wait to go by there soon and check it out. They are open daily from 11 AM – 9 PM.
