GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU)— Project Feed the Kids is hosting its annual Spring Carnival Fundraiser this Sunday in the parking lot of J&S Hamburg on South Airport Road.
The event, running from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., will feature bounce houses, games for children, and a silent auction.
Admission is $17 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under, with the first 50 children receiving free entry.
All proceeds will benefit Project Feed the Kids, which is experiencing rapid growth.
“Project Feed the Kids is growing so much, we are in desperate need of a box truck now,” said Tiffany McQueer, president of Project Feed the Kids. “We move so many pallets of food every single week. So we need a box truck that has a lift on it. So we can get the product in and out.”
