DUNCAN, Okla. (KSWO) – Main Street Duncan played host to dozens within the community Saturday as they put on a city-wide car show.
Cars weren’t the only attraction, various vendors and food trucks were also there at the event.
Randy Shirley was one participant of the car show and says he comes every year and getting to catch up with others is one of his favorite parts.
“The car show, we’ve been going for about 20 years,” Shirley explained. “It’s put on by downtown Duncan to promote Main Street and the downtown area, so they’ve always sponsored it and they’ve always had a good car show. People come by talking and it seems like when you come up with something like this, people always have old stories of everybody’s had one, their parents or their grandparents or whatever, but it’s a lot of fun just getting to visit with people.”
