MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – WSFA 12 News’ annual Summer Fund and Food Drive is a chance to make a difference and help the community through the Heart of Alabama Food Bank.
All day Friday, donors contributed online and in person at Renfroe’s Market on Eastchase Parkway. This year’s monetary donations are over $74,000 and counting, and food donations are around 7500 pounds and counting.
Renfroe’s Market hosted the event, and the Renfroe’s team donated $10,000 as well.
