One of the biggest outdoor Asian food festivals in the US makes its Seattle debut this weekend.
Panda Fest will take over Seattle Center Fisher Pavilion from June 6-8, featuring food, arts and crafts, food, culture, food, a 15-foot panda inflatable, and did we mention FOOD?!
Panda Fest carefully curated more than 70 food, drink and dessert vendors, including local favorites and dishes from national and international brands you can’t find in town.
Here’s a sample of the menu:
Tanghulu: Traditional Chinese dessert snack on a stick – the crunch you crave, the sweetness you love, and the tang that keeps you coming back!
Shaobing: 100% handmade onsite. Crispy, flaky, and chewy Chinese flatbread that’s been fueling mornings in China for thousands of years!
Hello, Yam! Super famous NYC dessert made with freshly Baked Satsumaimo (Japanese Sweet Potato) – ripe, rich, and sweet – it’s delicious & nutritious.
MìLà: Most famous soup dumpling brand (Actor Simu Liu is the Chief Content Officer of MìLà)
Soufflé Pancakes: Traditional Japanese soufflé pancakes are like eating soft and fluffy clouds!
All Dat Dumpling: Yummy and traditional dandan noodles.
Okonomiyaki & Takoyaki: Okonomiyaki is a traditional Japanese comfort food off the griddle sometimes referred to a savory pancake. Takoyaki is a popular ball-shaped street food snack also known as “octopus balls.”
Chinese burger aka Rou Jia Mo: An iconic Chinese street food that originated from Xi’An, Shanxi province in China. It is tangy, flavorful, moist and extremely comforting!
