Blues & Cruise Car Show: 10 a.m.-5 p.m., downtown Loveland.  The lineup includes 50 Shades of Blue at noon-1:15 p.m. and Whiskey Pickles at 1:45-3 p.m. on the Fifth Street stage near The Loveland Museum; and Spidercat  at 1-2:45 p.m., Three Shots at 3:15-4:45 p.m. and Blues Recluse at 5:15-7 p.m. on the Foundry Plaza  stage. Cars will be located at Foundry Plaza and on Third, Fourth and Fifth streets between Lincoln and Cleveland avenues. Beer and food trucks will be at Foundry Plaza and on Fifth Street. Free admission. For the car show the Road Knights will accept classic cars prior to 1980 models.   No registration fee is required, and cars will be entered and parked first come first serve until the spots are full (about 100 cars).  downtownloveland.org/blues-cruise or roadknightscarclub.com.

Paula Poundstone: 7:30 p.m., Rialto Theater Center, 228 E. Fourth St., Loveland. Poundstone is known for her smart, observational humor and a spontaneous wit, and is a regular panelist on NPR’s “Wait, Wait… Don’t Tell Me.” $67, 970-962-2120, rialtotheatercenter.org.

Venardos Circus — “Far Beyond”: 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday and  2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday, Promenade Shops at Centerra, 5971 Sky Pond Drive, Loveland.
