Summer brings rolling tides, rolling laughter and rolling good times — but, can we taco ’bout its rolling grub-mobiles?

Because, as the temperature rises, no meal hits as hard as the one you get (with a guava lemonade) from a rolled-down window of a rolled-up-to-the-lot food truck.

Inside each culinary grease wagon, chefs roll up their sleeves, roll out dough and roll lobster into drippy, mayo-loaded sandwiches; as we lucky consumers line up for a chance to sample those bites and help the wizards behind them roll in the dough.
