FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – To support efforts of alleviating hunger in our area, Land O’Lakes donated nearly 40,000 pounds of Macaroni and Cheese to the Great Plains Food Bank.
The Food Bank revealed those boxes of Mac and Cheese (officially weighing in at 39,690 pounds) on May 30, and will distribute it to area food shelves.
The Great Plains Food Bank has distributed over 244 million meals to those in need across 100 communities in North Dakota, and Clay County, Minnesota.
