Children in the Arkansas River Valley will have enhanced access to nutritious food during the summer 2025 months and beyond due to the efforts of fraternity and sorority members at Arkansas Tech University.
ATU fraternities and sororities raised and donated more than 9,000 individual food items and $5,985 in cash to River Valley Food 4 Kids at the conclusion of the spring 2025 semester. The food and money was raised through ATU Greek Week 2025 competitions.
Carson Smith of Russellville, Order of Omega external vice president, took the lead in planning and coordinating ATU Greek Week 2025.
Current and incoming ATU students with an interest in joining fraternity and sorority life at Arkansas Tech may register for recruitment beginning Sunday, June 1.
