Why I picked Saint Francis: “I loved the academic program that the school offered and I felt more at home on my visit.”

Greatest high school achievement: Making it to states in the 400 meter dash my senior year.”

Coach Nick Lovrich quote: “It’s great to see Holden continuing his athletic career at SFU. With Holden being a three-sport athlete, and now just focusing on running, the sky is the limit for him. The experiences he has had as a three-sport athlete have helped him to develop skills he needs to be successful at the next level both academically and athletically. How I got my start in track and field: “I joined in ninth grade because it seemed like something I would enjoy.”

Other interests: Football, basketball, involvement in church youth group, spending time with friends.

What getting compete in college means to me: “I’m very excited to have been given this opportunity to compete in college because it gives me an opportunity to continue doing something I enjoy.”
