I personally don’t think any turkey sandwich should cost as much as this one, but maybe I’d change my tune for the actual best in the world. Barney Greengrass is a legendary New York institution that’s literally been around for over 100 years, so I guess they can afford to charge those prices. I have such fond memories of this place, and I love that I always feel like a character in a Nora Ephron movie whenever I walk inside. For now, I’ll probably just stick with an occasional bialy or black-and-white cookie, but, hey, some experiences in life are worth splurging on.
