TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – The 151st Kentucky Derby is set to captivate horse racing fans this Saturday at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky.
Mystik Dan surprised many with an 18-1 odds win last year. This year, fans are speculating if another major upset, similar to Rich Strike’s 80-1 odds victory in 2022, will occur.
NBC News reports that NBC Sports will offer thorough coverage, starting with 15 races on Friday and leading up to the Derby itself.
The Derby will air on NBC, with live coverage beginning at 2:30 p.m. ET. The main event’s post time is scheduled for 6:57 p.m. ET, according to NBC News.
