MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) – The Marquette County 4-H Club is helping kids expand their interests and passions this week.
The club is hosting Find Your SPARK. Every day this week, seven kids are exploring activities like gardening, cooking, and arts and crafts. The kids made slime and did other science experiments on Tuesday.
Instructors say the goal is for kids to try new things so they can find new interests and hobbies.
“The overall goal is to help kids explore different types of activities so that they can figure out what it is they’re most passionate about,” said Marquette County 4-H Program Coordinator Liana Pepin. “That way they can connect to different clubs and things like that so they can grow in that passion.”
Find Your SPARK will continue every day this week until Friday.
You can sign your child up for 4-H here.
