Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) is set to host a Food Safety Inspection Bootcamp on Monday, April 28 aimed at educating the food service community on maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
The workshop will cover the inspection process, common violations, and resources available to address these issues.
The bootcamp will take place from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at NNPH’s main location at 1001 E. 9th St., Building B, in Conference Rooms A and B, near the NNPH Clinic. NNPH’s goal is to collaborate with businesses on preventive measures to ensure the safety of their customers.
