Food trucks in the Southcoast serving up authentic flavors and dishes. Where to find them.

The temperature has been steadily rising, with sunny days beginning to outnumber rainy days.

As the days get longer and nights get warmer, life inevitably gets busier, adding the constant “what’s for dinner?” dilemma to your plate. It’s exhausting, and there often isn’t enough time in the day to plan a well-rounded meal.

Thankfully, the local food scene has a fleet of multicultural food trucks to make life easier — well, at least dinner.

With over 18,000 food trucks nationwide, the number of entrepreneurs bringing their own creative and tasty food is growing.
