Walt Disney World might have just become a little more affordable for families with young children.
Throughout all of 2026, kids ages 3 to 9 who are staying at one of the Disney Resort hotels can eat for free if all of the adults in their party purchase dining plans for the duration of their stay, according to a Disney Parks Blog post published on Monday. Anyone age 10 or older is considered an adult.
When choosing a dining plan, parties can choose from two options. The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan provides each guest with two Quick-Service meals and one snack or nonalcoholic drink per day. Meanwhile, the Disney Dining Plan includes one Quick-Service meal, one Table-Service meal, and one snack or nonalcoholic drink per day. Table-Service restaurants include Character Dining experiences; advance reservations are highly recommended.
Another perk for Disney resort guests is early entry. This means that parties can enter all of the four parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom) up to 30 minutes before opening time to get a head start on their day.
Resort guests, if traveling during the warmer months, will also enjoy free water park access to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. This freebie was introduced this year and is set to return in 2026.
Booking for 2026 Disney World vacations through next October is now open. If you plan to travel to Disney World in November and December 2026, booking will become available at a later date.
