Free haircuts offered for kids at Get Connected 815 event

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – United Way of Rock River Valley opens their Strong Neighborhood house on Irving Avenue to offer free haircuts to kids.

The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 19, at 312 Irving Avenue in Rockford.

Families can scan the QR code on the flier to register. 30 slots are available.

Get Connected 815 hosts the event, sponsored by Tamir Bell and Walmart.
