AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Food Truck Friday celebration began Friday evening in south Augusta, kicking off the weekend.
Vendors and community members came together to enjoy some good food and live entertainment.
We spoke with a vendor who has participated for the past two years about how the event brings the community together.
“I think it allows them to see us out here, you see more of us out here for everyone to come out to show their stuff,” said Tina Browncobb, vendor. “I think it’s great because you get a sense of security, and they are not going to leave out of the jump house. I think it’s great that they offer that.”
Food Truck Friday happens every third Friday at 4104 Windsor Spring Road.
