COME ONE, COME ALL! Seriously, with up to 11 food trucks per Food Truck Friday event, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
Here we go, Chippewa Valley! We’ve spent the cold grey months indoors, sipping on our stews and soups, and binging our favorite shows – but it’s time to get back outside. Food Truck Friday returns for its seventh season right in downtown Eau Claire at Phoenix Park.
We’ve got gyros and pizza a’ plenty, we’ve got cheese curds and burgers galore. More than 20 different grub-on-the-go options will satiate your deepest desires (food-wise) from May through September.
From 11am to 7pm one Friday per month – May 9, June 6, July 11, Aug. 8, and Sept. 5 – enjoy grub from as many as 11 different food trucks per date, for lunch and dinner. We won’t mention if you stop down twice (or thrice) – if anything, we’ll probably give you a high-five for being an absolute machine. Mobile eateries part of this year’s lineup include Live Great Food Truck, SmackDaddy’s Gourmet Grub, Big Ash Pizza, Holy Donuts, The Burger Truck, Karl’s Bar-B-Q Express, Dhimiters, and many more!
