EasterFest set for Saturday will feature Easter egg hunt, cookoff, car show

EasterFest has been a Kerrville tradition for over 40 years.

Kerrvillians of all ages are invited to come out and enjoy a beautiful, fun-filled day along the Guadalupe River at Flat Rock Park at EasterFest 2025 on Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Flat Rock Park, located at 3840 Riverside Dr.

The festivities include an Easter egg hunt, food and craft vendors, live music, a car show, and, of course, the BBQ Cook-Off. Proceeds will benefit local charities.

Please note, no outside alcohol or coolers will be allowed. There will be beer, wine and food vendors on site.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place at three different times, separated by age groups on the following schedule:

• 11 a.m. for ages 9-plus;

• 11:25 a.m. for ages 5-8;

• 11:50 a.m. for ages 0-4.

The Easter Bunny will arrive at 10:30 a.m.

The EasterFest BBQ Cookoff will take place during the event, with awards presented to winning entries.

There will also be an open car show, with awards given for Best Paint-Car, Best Paint-Truck, Best Paint-Motorcycle, Muscle Car, and People’s Choice.
