Kiki Iriafen, Washington Mystics: B
This isn’t a draft where long-term fit matters much, since all but three veterans have contracts that expire at the end of this season. However, the Mystics have already three frontcourt players on rookie contracts: Shakira Austin, Aaliyah Edwards, and Sika Koné, which will force Washington to have to make some tough choices. Then again, the Mystics have signaled a desire to rebuild now, so they can afford to mix and match lineups in the present. They get a player in Iriafen who is an elite rebounder, switchable defender, and can score in bunches.
