‘Cops for Kids’ Visit Columbus Elementary

The Glendale Police Officers Association “Cops for Kids” Program gave Columbus Elementary School students a lighthearted lesson on traffic safety with complimentary goodie bags on Wednesday, April 9.

Cops for Kids (C4K) volunteers from the Glendale Police Department’s (GPD) traffic, community outreach and patrol bureaus visited 21 classrooms and passed out about 550 goodie bags with pencils, erasers, tattoos, stickers and candy for the school’s entire student-body.
