‘The day has come’: Italian fast food chain Fazoli’s returns to Upstate

ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A beloved Italian fast food chain has returned to the Upstate.

Fazoli’s opened a new restaurant on Liberty Highway in Anderson. A Change.org petition calling for Fazoli’s to return to Anderson gained more than 1,400 signatures in 2020.

“The day has come!” a spokesperson for the company said.

Previous Upstate locations closed years ago, but the chain, which started in 1988, has continued to operate in the Midlands and other states.

Fazoli’s serves unlimited breadsticks with affordably-priced pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and salads.
