These 30 food trucks will participate in the Fox Valley food truck rallies

APPLETON – April marks the start of any Fox Valley foodie’s favorite season: food truck season.

The Fox Valley Food Truck Association (FVFTA) has announced the list of trucks participating in this year’s rallies. From April 15 to Sept. 28, dozens of food trucks will gather in the Van Zeeland Nursery & Landscaping lot, 2600 N. Casaloma Drive, offering several different food and drink options. Rallies are held from 4 to 7 p.m. every Tuesday.

President of the FVFTA, Kyle Fritz, said the event provides more than just good food options to attendees.

“This is a really family-friendly event,” Fritz said. “Van Zeeland’s has a very nice playground for children, we also have yard games and once the season warms up we’ll have live music.”

The venue has several walking trails, plenty of parking space and an indoor community room, so on rainy days, attendees can enjoy their food inside.

This year, the FVFTA is made up of 30 local food trucks with different cuisines like Greek, Italian, Caribbean, Mexican and Turkish. Different trucks will participate from week to week.

• Alpha Dogs serves walking tacos, hot dogs, brats, hamburgers and pork macaroni and cheese bowls.
• Bite the Farm serves flatbreads with goat dairy, hot pretzels with vegan nacho cheese, vegan nachos, beer-battered goat cheese curds, seasonal fruit crisps and cobblers and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
• Caribbean Cruiser serves jerk chicken bowls, Cuban bowls, island shrimp bowls, jerk chicken sandwiches, fried plantains, rice and beans and macaroni and cheese.
• Cold Stone Creamery serves ice cream cones or bowls, root beer floats and pre-packaged Cold Stone treats.
• Diablo’s Taco Truck serves tacos, burritos, pizza birria, torta, Mexican street corn and quesabirria.
• Doughlicious serves edible cookie dough and ice cream treats.
• Flip’s Mini Donuts serves donuts, coffee and hot chocolate.
• Funtime Enterprises serves popcorn, kettle corn, corn dogs, hot dogs, pretzels, beefy nachos, funnel cake and slushies.
• Grazing a Go Go serves seasonal charcuterie.
• Hot Biddys serves Nashville hot chicken sandwiches, Nashville hot chicken tenders, cheese curds, macaroni and cheese and fried pickles.
• Houdini’s Paninis serves Reuban paninis, Cuban paninis, pesto chicken paninis, grilled cheese paninis and fruit smoothies.
• Kona Ice serves flavored shaved ice.
• LaTacoyota serves tacos, tortas, quesadillas, burritos, Mexican rice and Mexican elote.
• Lokum Turkish Eats serves doner loaded fries, Iskandar, doner wrap, kofte wrap, baklava, Turkish coffee and lokum.
• Luigis On the Go serves cheese, sausage and pepperoni pizza slices, breadsticks and tiramisu.
• Meade Street Bistro serves bacon wrapped shrimp over white rice, chicken pesto ranch sandwiches, parmesan Cajun pasta with Kielbasa, fish tacos and spinach and artichoke dip.
• Moo Ice Cream serves soft serve ice cream, shakes, slushies, nachos and popsicles.
• On the Fritz Concessions serves hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, perch sandwiches, salmon sandwiches, chicken tenders and beer-battered deep-fried cheese curds.

• Rusty’s Smokin’ Hot BBQ serves pulled-pork sandwiches, smoked brisket sandwiches, pastrami Reuben sandwiches, tacos, hamburgers, ribs and macaroni and cheese.
• Sonder Coffee serves hot or iced coffee, hot or iced lattes, espresso shots, mocha, cappuccino, chai, matcha and lemonade.
• The Frozen Beaker serves Lotus drinks, frozen lemonade, dirty soda, smashed donuts and ice cream.
• Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee serves nitro cold brew, iced and hot lattes, iced and hot spiced chai, frappes, lemonade, cappuccinos, espresso and hot chocolate.
• Tria Frog Treats serves freeze-dried candies and ice cream.
• Who’s the Man BBQ serves brisket sandwiches, brisket tacos, pulled-chicken sandwiches, chipotle garlic prime brisket burger, macaroni and cheese topped with brisket and smoked bacon wrapped Oreos.
• Zoua’s Fresh Egg & Spring Rolls serves egg rolls, spring rolls, pad Thai, chicken fried rice, Korean corn dogs and stuffed chicken wings.
