Local children received a free dental cleaning and checkup during Luzerne County Community College’s Kids’ Dental Day on Saturday at the Benco Dental Clinic, 38 E. Main St., Nanticoke. The college had 10 stations set up where children could visit to learn more about dental topics in a fun way. At each one, children received a prize and at the end of their visit, each child received a spin toothbrush to help them continue to care for their teeth.
