Accounting solutions provider CPAClub has launched Club 22, a professional network that brings accounting and finance professionals together through experiential learning and shared growth.
“Club 22 is built around localized squads—small groups designed to foster camaraderie, collaboration, and leadership development,” CPAClub said in an April 2 media release. “Named after the year CPAClub set its vision for change (2022), it takes inspiration from legendary private clubs, offering a modern professional network grounded in purpose and progress.”
The initiative is being led by Bia Fernandes, CPAClub’s new vice president of member experience.

“Club 22 is about building something that feels both personal and purposeful,” she said. “We’re creating a space where members grow in their careers, build real relationships, and give back together in a way that matters—whether that means contributing to something bigger or making meaningful changes in their own lives.”
Club 22 is built around three core anchors that guide the member experience: Chats, Chances, and Changes.
Each core anchor offers a distinct way for professionals to connect, grow, and make an impact, CPAClub said.
- Chats: Curated gatherings that blend professional insight with the energy of a panel, the intimacy of a podcast, and the depth of a TED Talk. Set in standout venues, Club 22 Chats foster real conversation in a relaxed, inspiring atmosphere. Each one brings leaders together to share ideas, stories, and perspectives.
- Chances: Immersive, one-of-a-kind experiences that challenge members to stretch, grow, and step into something new. Whether through hands-on learning, behind-the-scenes access, or unexpected encounters, Club 22 Chances are unique opportunities designed to spark progress through shared experience.
- Changes: Club 22 Changes reflect a commitment to meaningful impact—professionally, personally, and in the broader community. From local service initiatives or financial literacy campaigns to wellness challenges or shared experiences that support personal growth, members help each other create positive change, inside and out.
Each squad rotates through these experiences throughout the year, creating a rhythm that balances personal growth, shared learning, and community engagement, the company said.
Club 22 is launching first in Southern California, with interest lists open in other regions for future squad formation. The inaugural Club 22 Chats, scheduled for April 30, 2025, in Newport Beach, CA, will feature local leaders in accounting, finance, and artificial intelligence sharing real-world insights on how AI is influencing the profession—from driving efficiency to enabling more strategic and forward-thinking work.
“Club 22 is more than a membership. It’s a modern professional community shaped by people who care about how they grow, who they grow with, and why it matters,” said Chris Vanover, president of CPAClub. “The goal is to build a community where conversations lead to action, experiences inspire growth, and people create lasting change together.”
