Are you tired of the bedtime battle? Let me help.
Bedtime doesn’t have to be long and it can become your favorite part of the day. In just about 15 minutes you can create a beautiful connection with your child.
As a parent of six, I discovered that the most meaningful moments with my children often happened at bedtime, wrapped in the warmth of a story. Those few minutes of shared imagination became more than just a routine—they became a way to connect, to teach, and to bring a sense of peace that lingered long after the lights went out.
I wanted other parents to have what I had—deep connection, smooth, sweet and meaningful bedtimes. That’s why I created Wink: Stories for a Better Bedtime. Wink isn’t just another kids’ podcast; it’s designed to create a soothing bedtime experience. Each episode blends engaging storytelling with gentle mindfulness exercises, calming music, and affirmations that help ease anxiety and build resilience in children.
These stories encourage healthy sleep habits, support emotional well-being, and invite parents to be part of the process. On our social media page @winkbedtimestories we have a post each week that has 4 specific and easy activities parents can do to connect with their child while they listen.
The first three episodes of Wink dropped today! With nine more coming; one each Monday. And hopefully more if there is enough interest for a second season. Would you like to help get these stories and opportunities for connection to parents around the world?
