Liverpool news: Reds to face AC Milan in pre-season tour in Asia

Liverpool will travel to Asia for their pre-season tour with their first opponents Italian giants AC Milan in Hong Kong, China.

The two sides will be playing to win The Standard Chartered Trophy in the newly opened Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on Saturday 26 July.

Liverpool, who last travelled to Asia in 2023, will also visit Japan for the first time.

Chief commercial officer, Ben Latty said: “We look forward to bringing our hundreds of millions of fans in Asia closer to the club they love.”
