Uptown Columbus hosted its 14th annual Spring Food Truck festival with different varieties of food. Uptown Columbus spokeswoman, Tracey Green says this event gives exposure to small business owners and raises funds for future uptown events.
“This is our first event to kick off our spring series, so this is a strong fundraiser for us. This allows us to make money for the entire year to host free Friday night concerts and a variety of other events for the community throughout the year,” said Green.

“Not only do we have food trucks but we have a rick and mortar so when you have that store and trucks you can get out to people who may not have the opportunity necessarily to come see you yet,” said Carrasquillo.
