Norwescap to test new food market, mobile app in Phillipsburg this summer

Norwescap is launching a new farm-fresh food program and mobile app in Phillipsburg.

The Phillipsburg Fresh Stop Market, a new initiative, aims to make fresh produce accessible ‘to everyone in our community,’ a spokesperson for the nonprofit said.
