Huge UWS Food Festival Returning to the Neighborhood: What to Know

A popular food festival is returning to the Upper West Side this May with a variety of changes.

Taste of the West Side, previously dubbed Taste of the Upper West Side, will take place on May 30th and May 31st at the Louis Brandeis Campus at 145 West 84th Street. This year’s event, which didn’t take place last year, will be the 15th rendition of the festival that brings together restaurants throughout the neighborhood.

While the Upper West Side festival is still almost two months away, tickets went on sale Monday, including an “early-bird” special deal that gets you 15 percent off through April 1. You can check out the tickets here, which currently range from $106 to $148.

In terms of other changes, the event will no longer be hosted by the Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District, and instead be sponsored and hosted by the New York Post and the charity Lifeforce in Later Years.
