Currently ranked No. 10 in the National Collegiate Equestrian Association poll, the Skyhawks (6-6) went a perfect 6-0 in ECAC play this season thanks in large part to 21 league Riders of the Week. Guided by three-time ECAC Coach of the Year Kim Leiter-Janes, UT Martin has secured ECAC reserve championship honors in four consecutive seasons.
Two-time defending ECAC champion UC Davis went 4-9 with a 3-2 record in the ECAC standings in 2024-25. Third-year head coach Jill Humphrey oversaw an Aggie roster that garnered 21 ECAC Rider of the Week honorees this season.
Jennifer Ridgely is in her 18th season in command of the Delaware State program as the Hornets collected a 3-7 record (3-3 ECAC) in 2024-25. The Hornets were ranked in six separate editions of the NCEA polls and collected six ECAC weekly recipients this season.
South Dakota State went 3-8 with a 3-3 mark in ECAC play under first-year head coach Kamerra Brown this season. A trio of ECAC Rider of the Week awards were earned by Jackrabbit riders in 2024-25.
In the second year of coach’s Haley Pembroke tenure, Minnesota-Crookston was winless (0-11, 0-7 ECAC) this season but did give current No. 7 South Carolina a close call before falling 10-6 on Sept. 28. Overall, three Golden Eagles were selected as ECAC Riders of the Week in 2024-25.
