CONSTABLEVILLE, New York (WWNY) – The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Boonville man Tuesday after he reportedly tried to lure 3 juvenile boys to his vehicle.
According to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, Dwayne Edwin Kirk, 58, of Boonville, tried to lure 3 juvenile boys to his vehicle with food or drinks.
Kirk reportedly then tried to entice the 3 boys with money by tossing it onto the ground near the boys.
The alleged incident happened in the Village of Constableville on Tuesday, March 25th.
Kirk was charged with stalking in the 4th degree, a class B misdemeanor, and arraigned in the Town of New Bremen CAP court. Krik was released on his own recognizance.
Orders of protection were issued to the juvenile victims.
