Machesney Park, Ill. (WIFR) – Several food trucks unite at Home Depot in Machesney Park to take part in the food truck wars.
Every Sunday for the next 6 to 8 weeks you can head straight to Home Depot where at least 3 trucks each week will battle for number one.
Donald Czyzyk, the CEO of Sassy Boys’ cooperation says his SassyMac Truck was completely sold out as of Sunday afternoon.
He encourages the community to come out and support local businesses.
“We are looking for more food trucks most definitely so if other food trucks are watching this and they want to reach out, they can find me on Facebook, SassyMac Boys. We would love to have more food trucks. And if it continues to be successful, we may host it even further than the 6 to 8 weeks.”
