Kerley a certified county finance officer

Christian Kerley, Cumberland County deputy finance director, was honored at the June Cumberland County Commission meeting for earning certification as a county finance officer by the state of Tennessee. County Mayor Allen Foster said there are only few in the state including Cumberland County Finance Director Jennifer Turner.
