SAN ANTONIO – If you walk into Lombrano Food Hall, you’ll likely catch the rich aroma of Cajun wings and seafood drifting from one of its most buzzed-about kitchens: Eat Wit Yo Eyez.

Owned and operated by Chef Marcel Brady, this savory eatery is bringing bold Southern flavor and a sleek, tech-forward dining experience to the Alamo City.

“We’re in a digital food hall with over 20 active restaurants,” said Brady, who opened his kitchen after starting with a food truck at Bentley’s Bar. “Customers can order in person or online, and when their food’s ready, they get a text message and pick it up from a locker. It’s all about convenience without sacrificing quality.”

Located at 427 Lombrano Street, Eat Wit Yo Eyez serves up a vibrant Cajun-inspired menu with crowd favorites like flavorful wings, seafood plates, red beans and rice, and crawfish. One of the biggest mid-week draws? $1 Wing Wednesdays, where customers can choose from eight house-made sauces, including OG, Asia, Buffalo, Lemon Pepper, Honey Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and a bold habanero for the heat seekers. Wings can be ordered in quantities of 4, 6, 8, 12, or 20, and flavors can be mixed and matched.

“Presentation matters,” Brady said. “It’s not just about tasting good, it has to look good, too. That’s where the name comes from. You eat with your eyes first.”

Beyond the flavor, Brady takes just as much pride in his kitchen’s cleanliness. “A clean kitchen is a non-negotiable,” he said. “We clean constantly. It’s not just at the end of the night, it’s every step of the process. If you keep your space clean, your food comes out better, your team works better, and your customers notice.”

Brady trains his team to “treat the kitchen like it’s open to the public at all times.”

The restaurant offers party catering options, with trays of wings, fish, or shrimp available by request. Regular orders are typically ready within 20 to 25 minutes, and the kitchen is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
