KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — There is a large presence at a Kernersville Food Lion on South Main Street.
Kernersville Police confirmed that they responded to a shots fired called in that area.
WFMY News 2 photographer Jay Capers spoke with witnesses who said they saw several gunshots. Capers also saw several gurneys going into the store.
