
East Syracuse, N.Y. — Picture in your head a menu of bar food and then think about how it’s prepared. A cook reaches into a freezer, pulls out a foodservice supplied bag of something breaded or potato based and dumps it into the deep fryer basket. It’s what we’ve come to expect while sitting at a bar and craving something salty or greasy (or both).
