Ohio man arrested for allegedly slashing tires of vehicles owned by ‘food truck rival’

TOLEDO, Ohio (WOIO/WTVG) – A Toledo food truck owner is accused of stabbing the tires of two vehicles owned by another food truck vendor.

Arturo Palma-Romero, 48, allegedly stabbed both of the vehicles’ front passenger side tires on Friday.

An affidavit alleges that Palma-Romera and the victim are ‘food truck rivals.’

He was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal damaging or endangering property.

Palma-Romero pleaded not guilty in court on Monday.

He was released on an own recognizance bond and ordered to not have contact with the victim.
