From food truck rallies to concert series and a yoga event to a circus, there’s sure to be something you’ll enjoy in the Fox Valley area.
Food truck options abound in the Fox Valley
Food truck rallies remain popular, offering a variety of cuisine in one spot, and there is no shortage of options.
- Food Truck Friday is hosted 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Area509, 1025 N. Badger Ave., Appleton. The next date is June 27 with All @ Once from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event continues every Friday through the summer. For more information, visit the Area509 Facebook page.
- Xe 54: a Wine & Cocktail Lounge, 1350 W. American Drive, Neenah, hosts Food Truck Wednesdays 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. A different food truck is featured each week.
- On June 25, a Midweek Munchies event will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Antique Up, 850 E. Maes Ave., Kimberly. In addition to food trucks, there will be a mini market and kids activities. Some of the food available includes pizza, hamburgers, paninis, ice cream, tacos, egg rolls and sushi.
Out to Lunch concerts continue through August in Neenah
Tim Dorsey will lead the next Future Neenah Out to Lunch Concert Series on June 26. While most concerts are held at Neenah’s Shattuck Park, this concert will be at The Plaza, 229 W. Wisconsin Ave. Neenah.
Admission to Out to Lunch concerts are free. The series runs all summer, beginning in early June, with the last concert of the season Aug. 14. There is a different food vendor each week, or you can bring your own lunch. Attendees should bring a chair or blanket for seating.

- July 24: Seth Brown Duo
- July 31: Randy Peterson

Vendors, workshops featured at Mandala Yoga Festival
The Mandala Yoga Festival is an all-day event open to the community, celebrating the diverse expressions of yoga and wellness. The festival will run 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. June 29 at Pierce Park, 1035 W. Prospect Ave., Appleton.
Participants to explore the various styles and disciplines of yoga. There will be several local vendors, workshops and events throughout the day.

Circus coming to Hortonville for two shows June 29
The Culpepper & Merriweather Circus is coming to Hortonville. The event, sponsored by the Hortonville Civic Association, will be June 29 at Alonzo Park in Hortonville. Show times are 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Some of the acts include foot juggling, big cats, unicycles, Wheel of Destiny and tight wire, clown and trapeze artists.
Advanced tickets are $13 for adults and $8 for ages 2 to 12 or over 65. Day of tickets are $16 and $9, respectively. For more information and to purchase advanced tickets, visit cmcircus.com.
